2009-2010
The Fourth Grade Team of Linnae Blevins, Nancy Hausman and Joanna Kapke welcome your child and you to a journey through our new school year.
In order to help our team achieve success, we need your support in filling out the following important forms: emergency card, media release form, general field trip slip, field trip money, internet access form, and volunteer support slip. Please complete these forms and return them by Friday, September 11.
A variety of experiences will highlight our year. We will participate in several field trips which will enrich our study of Minnesota. Students will also enjoy an outdoor environmental experience at Valley Branch Environmental Learning Center (see attached Special Events).
From time to time we will be communicating with you via the Brown Envelope, weekly parent letters, homework planners, e-mail, and phone calls. Please feel free to contact us. We will also be asking for volunteer support for field trips, math games, classroom activities, and reading conferences. If you feel that you can assist us in any of these activities, or in another area of interest, please indicate that interest on the attached volunteer slip and return it to school with your child.
Oh the places we’ll go as we look forward to establishing new academic and personal goals.
