St. Anthony Park Elementary is filled with students, staff and family members who love our school. We are a unique, calm, and nurturing place for the whole community. Supportive families and the community help provide additional experiences through field trips, artist residencies, concerts, and many other activities. The annual science fair and Family Science Nights are favorites of our students. Hundreds of volunteers help throughout the year, including with special events such as Fall Festival, Art Adventure, running club, track and field days and a spring talent show.
Our school reflects the excitement of learning that our parent community models every day. Students, staff, parents, and hundreds of volunteers make St. Anthony Park a special place to learn, share, and grow together.

Enrichment Opportunities
To accomplish our goal of providing enrichment opportunities for every student, classroom and specialist teachers offer challenging learning opportunities in a variety of ways. In general, enrichment in core academic subjects (reading, writing and math) is a part of everyday school routines, many additional options are available for students to develop their artistic, scientific, athletic, and leadership talents.
Math Enrichment
In the area of Mathematics, area E is exploring how our schools can meet the needs of high-ability students. It is the one area where St. Anthony Park Elementary and Murray have been piloting a partnership where grade skipping is one option in an academic tool kit known as "acceleration." As the learners advance through grades there are many options to support accelerating learning and work has begun to fully articulate a program that supports the needs in advancing the students in the math standards.
Gifted and Talented Enrichment
All of us here at St. Anthony Park (SAP) believe that every student deserves to be challenged at his/her ability level. To accomplish this goal, SAP classroom and specialist teachers offer challenging learning opportunities to all students. SAP offers these enrichment opportunities in a variety of ways.
